Rubber Technologies
Our synthetic cords used in rubber applications, have passed through at least three different physical and chemical treatments, in order to get an optimal bending fatigue and bonding performance. The performances are highly praised by our global customers all over the world and are very competitive and in many aspects superior to high-end steel cords.
Precision twisting and roping
Aritec has been investing considerably financial and R&D resources in developing different technologies for precision manufacturing throughout all our production steps, with our global and uniquely built equipment; one example is our state-of-the-art twisting centre, in which all synthetic fibres are constantly and precisely monitored with our special pre- and post- treatments, this allows Aritec to achieve unrivalled performance in the evenness and in the regularity for all our twisted products, batch after batch.
Nano Technologies
Modern Nano technology is used to further improve characteristics of our treated synthetic fibres. Aritec continues to improve its products with Nano and all other cutting edge technologies.
Bonding System
In both rubber and polyurethane applications, Aritec reinforcement cords have a superior bonding strength with the outer sheath material.
Molecule formulations
Our in-house chemical and molecule formulations are developed by Aritec with the help of AI and subsequently intensive tests. We have deep expertises in molecule formulation for Rubber, PU, TPU, PE and other materials.
Each material requires different formulations, among many steps, a single deviation in any of the parameters could have significant performance variation. This is also one of the reasons why all our key equipments are fully computerized, in-house designed and unique in the world.
